I offer only three premium services so you get exactly what works—and nothing that wastes your time.

In-person Personal Training

A full 60-minutes dedicated entirely to you: personalized training that evolves with your body, perfects your form, and delivers real results. No distractions, no guesswork, just strategic progression designed around your goals with a trainer who knows exactly what you need.

online personal training

Personal training that meets you wherever you are—literally. Through live video sessions, you get real-time form coaching, workouts designed for your space, and a progressive plan tailored to your goals, all with the flexibility to train anywhere. 30-minutes or 1 hour options available.

Power pair Training

Train together, get coached individually. 1 hour partner sessions (for 2 individuals) give you both personalized attention, proper form coaching, and programming tailored to your goals—all while motivating each other to push harder.

  • I start with the individual to understand what your goals are and why. I balance the three pillars of fitness: strength/resistance training, endurance/heart training, and flexibility/mobility. For any exercise, we will start with making sure you have the correct form first to prevent injury and promote your longevity in movement.

  • I come to you! Typically I will come to your apartment’s building gym.

    If you do not have one available, I can help find a training location based on your needs.

  • We go through warm-up for 5 minutes or so, the planned workout for the day, and a cooldown/stretch time of 5 minutes or so. The exact timing of warm-up and cool down may vary depending on your feedback to me of how your body feels that day. We will finish a session within 1 hour.

  • We will use the equipment that you have in your training gym. You will not need to buy anything yourself.

    Unless you have a goal using specific equipment (ex: barbell squat), we will use a variety of equipment including free weights, machines, cables, barbell and bodyweight to achieve your goal.

  • Yes, I have had multiple clients with injuries in their shoulder, knee, and back. Back issues are the most common and I work with them whether that is a sudden injury or long term like scoliosis.

    My approach with the injury will depend on the severity of the injury, the pain, and the mobility of the area. Generally, we will work step-wise to understand what movements do not cause you pain, work on your mobility and isometric holds, and finally strengthen the appropriate muscles.
